If it’s a fit, you’ll receive a private invitation to continue through the Najeroux Coaching & Mentoring Program.
Subsequent sessions are delivered with the discretion, precision, and depth expected of high-performing executive development.
The Najeroux Seasonal
Each season, a small group of selected women gather in an environment designed for restoration and recalibration, where strategy meets stillness, and ambition is met with space.
Seasonals are by application only, with limited places and no guarantee of acceptance. The experience blends practical strategy sessions, letting go of that which no longer serves you, and time to reconnect with what truly matters.
