Who we are

Najeroux is a venture, publishing and media business dedicated to creating the perfect conditions for great ideas to grow.

Our philosophy is simple:

  • Focus creates flow

  • Systems support creativity

  • Culture sustains community

Based in the breathtaking Hunter Valley, NSW, we appreciate that local stories and ideas sometimes aren’t seen or heard over the big city lights and sounds.

We uplift our community so regional talent is showcased on the world stage.

We incubate new ventures, partner with established organisations, and build community through memorable customer experiences.

We exist to bring people together, nourish ideas and transform them into living, breathing ventures. From digital ecosystems and AI enablement to placemaking and cultural projects, Najeroux builds systems that endure and moments that inspire.

Our work spans consultancy and creation:

  • Digital Advisory - strategy-first ecosystems for businesses and entrepreneurs. Our foundational work gives stability to our wilder ventures.

  • Publishing & Media - books, art, film, and music with soul.

  • Education - online and in-person learning experiences.

  • N+1 - Our Venture Studio - talent, place activations, landscape design, interiors and styling, co-working hubs, and more.

At the core, Najeroux is about momentum - turning focus into flow, and flow into feeling like you have found your new favourite thing.

Our people

Great ideas need great people to make great things happen.

  • Founder and Principal Digital Advisor

Kel McIntosh has built a career at the intersection of digital strategy, creative leadership, and cultural innovation. From digitising rare collections at the State Library of NSW and driving digital engagement at the Powerhouse Museum, to leading advisory roles across the NSW Department of Education and the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal, Kel has consistently transformed complexity into clarity, building systems that enable creative and strategic excellence.

Through Najeroux, Kel partners with entrepreneurs, creatives, and industry leaders to design resilient digital ecosystems, create opportunities that strengthen communities, and shape ventures built for enduring legacy.

Alongside this work, Kel offers bespoke coaching and mentoring for high-performing women, supporting them to achieve their business purpose, while staying deeply connected to their identity, values, and ideal way of life. Her approach is holistic, strategic, and human, guiding women toward clarity, alignment, and sustainable success.

  • Talent

The first great regional voice to join our N+1 Ventures. With a background in education and a natural ability to engage any room (or camera), Nick’s made it his mission to make wine approachable, entertaining, and unforgettable. Whether he’s hosting tastings, sharing stories on stage, or creating content that goes down smoother than a chilled Chablis, Nick knows how to connect.

He’s not here to lecture. He’s here to share, one sip, one laugh, one brilliant bottle at a time.
